A private plane flying from the Russian capital Moscow to St. Petersburg crashed in the Tver region in western Russia on the 23rd. The Russian Aeronautical Agency stated that the type of the crashed aircraft was Embraer-135 (ЕВМ-135BJ), which belonged to the MNT-Aero company engaged in commercial transportation.
It was confirmed that the founder of the Russian private military contractor Wagner Group, Prigozhin, and one of the founders of Wagner, Commander Utkin, were on the crashed plane.
According to the list of personnel on the crashed plane released by the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency, the list includes almost all senior leaders of the Wagner Group.
