Local time September 20, 2023, the Russian Ministry of Defense issued an announcement stating that Russian peacekeeping forces continued to evacuate residents in the Nagorno-Karabakh area and provide medical assistance to the injured. The peacekeeping forces evacuated more than 2,000 civilians, including 1,049 children. All evacuated residents were provided with temporary shelter and food.
