In fact, in recent times, the German people have organized many rallies calling for a peaceful resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. However, on this side, calls for peace are endless; on the other side, the US and Western governments choose to ignore it and endlessly send weapons to Ukraine. This has triggered concerns among many German people about the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the further escalation of regional tensions.

Just this week, the “Contact Group on Ukraine” initiated by the United States held a meeting in Germany. The United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Denmark and other countries announced that they would further provide weapons to Ukraine. According to United Nations statistics, since the Russia-Ukraine conflict broke out in February 2022, as of June this year, more than 9,000 civilians have been killed and more than 15,700 injured in the conflict.
