Color Coated Steel Sheets Properties
Properties of Color Coated Steel Sheets – Color coated steel sheets refer to steel sheets coated with colored organic coatings or films on the surface of galvanized steel sheets, aluminized steel sheets, tin-plated steel sheets or cold-rolled steel sheets. The following are the main properties of color-coated steel sheets.
Color coated steel plate performance:
(1) Pollution resistance. The color-coated steel plate has strong anti-pollution performance. Apply tomato paste, lipstick, coffee beverage, edible oil, etc. on the polyester coating surface, and after 24 hours, wash and dry with washing liquid, the surface gloss, color, etc. No change.
(2) High temperature resistance. The color-coated steel sheet was continuously heated in an oven at 120 °C for 90 h, and the gloss and color of the coating did not change significantly.
(3) Low temperature resistance. The color-coated steel plate was placed at a low temperature of -54 °C for 24 h, and the bending and impact resistance of the coating did not change significantly.
(4) Boiling water resistance. After the samples of various coating products were immersed in boiling water for 60 minutes, the gloss and color of the surface did not change, and there were no phenomena such as blistering, softening, and swelling.
