On August 6, according to Brazilian media AutoIndústria, Leapmotor’s electric SUVs were imported to Brazil for the first time. The Brazilian market will introduce the D-segment electric SUV C10 and the compact electric SUV B10. While the official launch date has yet to be confirmed, both models will be sold through a newly established exclusive dealer network in major Brazilian cities.

The first batch of vehicles was transported via a logistics method called “aquatic import,” where customs clearance is completed before the ship arrives at the port. This approach avoids delays in document processing upon arrival and speeds up unloading.

Both the C10 and B10 are equipped with a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) powertrain, which extends driving range without relying entirely on charging infrastructure. Stellantis, which formed a joint venture with Leapmotor, stated that the initial shipment includes multiple versions of the C10, with the B10 to follow later, completing the brand’s lineup in the Brazilian market.
