Features
Microstructure: ferrite, bainite and retained austenite, of which the content of retained austenite is between 7-15%.
Performance characteristics: TRIP steel has good formability, which is mainly due to the presence of retained austenite in the structure. That is, the retained austenite will gradually transform into hard martensite during the forming process, which is conducive to uniform deformation and achieves strength. It is well unified with plasticity and can better solve the contradiction between strength and plasticity. In addition, TRIP steel also has the characteristics of high collision absorption energy, high strength plastic product and high n value.
Main uses: parts with relatively complex structures, reinforced plates, etc.
Supply standard
The company can supply products in accordance with the requirements of international standards such as European standards, American standards or JIS, or in accordance with user standards or requirements.
