On the evening of December 7th, local time in France (early morning of the 8th, Beijing time), the reopening ceremony of Notre Dame de Paris was held in the French capital of Paris. French President Macron attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

That afternoon, before the ceremony, Macron met with heads of state and government representatives who came to attend the ceremony at the Elysee Palace, the presidential palace.

Macron met with newly elected US President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky at the Elysee Palace and held a trilateral meeting.

Notre Dame de Paris has been closed to the public since the fire on April 15, 2019. After the restoration work is completed, Notre Dame de Paris is scheduled to hold a reopening ceremony on December 7.

From December 8th to 15th, Notre Dame de Paris will be open to tourists from 15:30 to 22:00. After December 15th, Notre Dame de Paris will resume its opening hours before the fire, that is, 7:45 to 19:00. It is said that after the reopening of Notre Dame de Paris, it is expected to welcome 14 million to 15 million tourists every year.
