On October 30, local time, according to ABC reports, the United Auto Workers and General Motors reached a temporary contract agreement, including providing employees with a 25% salary increase during the next four-year contract period, canceling multiple salary levels, and Employees at two battery factories, Ultium Cells and GM Subsystems LLC, are included in the tentative agreement.

 

It is reported that GM employees will return to work pending the approval of the agreement.
